Help your child put travel time to use

Time management is a valuable study skill. One way to help your child make use of spare minutes is to make the most of time in the car. For example, you might tape cards with vocabulary words and their definitions to the backs of the front seats. If your child practices spelling and defining them each time you go somewhere in the car together all week, by Friday recalling them will be a snap!
