Dr. Todd Boucher has been in education for nineteen years and comes to East Central from the Biloxi School District. He has served in an administrative capacity at all three levels: elementary, middle and high school. Dr. Boucher started as a social studies teacher in 2001 and moved into administration at Biloxi High School. He served as an assistant principal at both Biloxi High School and Biloxi Junior High and most recently has served as the Principal of Popp's Ferry Elementary since 2013. Dr. Boucher has received many accolades throughout his career in education to include multiple Teacher of the Year and Administrator of the Year awards. In 2018, Dr. Boucher was selected as the National Distinguished Principal for the State of Mississippi and was also selected by the Air Force as a Hometown Hero and was honored with a flight with the Air Force Thunderbirds. Dr. Boucher has been married to his wife Melissa for 29 years and has four children and one grandson.
