Title IX and VI

The Jackson County School District is dedicated to a policy of non-discrimination and to the provision of equity in its education programs, services, and activities for all students.  The Jackson County School District does not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, color, religion, national origin, or disability, and is in compliance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
